Automated Call-out

When an asset requires maintenance the contractor is automatically notified through activeASSET. The contractor confirms the work to be carried out and then completes the job. Throughout the process the application updates all parties.

If you wish to track an engineer to see where they are this can be achieved through an add-on module called activeTRACK. This takes place inside the activeASSET application and shows where the engineer is on a map in real-time

Live Reporting

activeASSET provides Live Reporting of events happening in real time. Live events will cover areas such as current jobs, new assets added, contractors requested, contractor tracking and performance management. Live reporting gives an overall picture of what is happening at any one time, leaving you time to do other work or react to situations more quickly. The live reports can be filtered on any of the criteria allowing you to concentrate on particular areas of interest.

Retrospective Reporting
